Senior Game Producer - Yahtzee!

Scopely is looking for a Sr Game Producer to join our Yahtzee! With Buddies team in Barcelona, Spain on a hybrid basis. The team is based in Europe and the Israel, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.

What You Will Do

Own planning and execution for multiple feature pods, managing schedules, resources, and dependencies across disciplines Lead all pod ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment and participation from all crafts Drive clarity in pre-development by facilitating early planning, identifying risks, and helping teams scope accurately Collaborate closely with Design, Product, Art, Engineering, and QA to ensure smooth and efficient feature delivery Ensure pod readiness at each milestone, aligning execution with roadmap expectations and quality standards Maintain and improve production documentation, including timelines, status reports, and sprint artifacts Support cross-functional collaboration by clearing blockers, managing risks, and tracking deliverables Foster a healthy and inclusive team environment through clear communication, empathetic leadership, and structured workflows Balance multiple initiatives across pods, keeping teams paced and focused without burnout or bottlenecks Partner with leads and stakeholders to continuously improve development processes and pod operations
