WHAT YOU'LL DO

Techno is seeking a Manager, Comptroller to support our finance team. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual contributor who can manage day-to-day accounting operations while partnering cross-functionally with project teams and senior leadership to improve financial visibility and performance. This position will play a critical role in strengthening our financial infrastructure, with a focus on accounting, cash flow management, and lending support, while establish scalable processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus, not required) 5–10+ years of relevant experience in accounting/finance Knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) required Experience in AEC, engineering, or construction services strongly preferred Experience with ERP systems (Deltek preferred) and strong Excel skills Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally in a growing environment
