What You’Ll Do
Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: ProcessAnalysis & Optimization: Assess current SAP-driven assembly line workflows for picking, kitting, and delivery operations. Identify bottlenecks and implement lean principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste. SAP System Management: Configure and optimize SAP processes for material staging, supermarket operations, and line-side delivery.
Ensure accurate inventory transactions and data integrity within SAP. Material Flow &Inventory Control: Design and maintain efficient material handling processes aligned with OEM production schedules. Ensure accurate inventory transactions and data integrity within SAP.
Support layout planning for material storage and delivery points. Standardization & Documentation: Develop and maintain SOPs for SAP-based picking, kitting, and delivery processes. Document processes change and provide training to relevant stakeholders.
Drive Digitalization initiatives for real-time material tracking and process transparency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, logistics, IT, and quality teams to align SAP processes with operational goals. Coordinate with OEM partners to ensure compliance with delivery and quality standards.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as picking accuracy, kitting cycle time, line delivery performance, and SAP transaction accuracy Use data-driven insights to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Location & Travel Expectations : This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Blythewood, South Carolina . This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events.
Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.
