Mental Health Supported Living - Team Leader

50 per hour Shifts: Flexible – days, nights, and weekends available Lead with purpose and make a lasting impact. What You’Ll Do

Provide leadership and guidance to a team of support workers. Ensure delivery of person-centred care within supported living accommodation. Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and compliance with safeguarding standards.

Promote independence and positive risk-taking for service users. Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We’Re Looking For

We want passionate, resilient professionals who can lead by example. To join our team, you’ll need: Experience in mental health or social care. Previous supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).

Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to motivate and develop a team. Full driving licence desirable.
