Requirements
. The primary focus of this role is to support the development of Physical Security Programs by working in close consultation with Engineering staff to ensure regulatory
are identified and implemented in accordance with TerraPower design and licensing strategy, assists in defining and executing the design and licensing strategy for Physical Security Programs.
S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, including licensing discussions, preparing/reviewing topical reports and other reactor licensing documentation, and responding to requests for additional information.
Responsibilities
Assisting in the successful implementation of licensing actions associated with Physical Security Programs for both construction and operations. Supporting the design, construction, and implementation of all physical protection systems including barriers, access control facilities, intrusion detection & assessment systems, training facilities, and security response positions. Support the development of security life cycle documents to include project plans, concept of operation plans, procedures, and implementation plans.
Support the development and implementation of regulatory documents such as physical security plans, training and qualification plans, and contingency response plans. Perform nuclear security assessments necessary to support the development of the site’s security protective strategy and contingency response plan.
