You will directly support the Stage Manufacturing team turns design into reality, owning the build of Terran R’s primary structures. This isn’t about turning the same bolt every day; it’s about building the systems to build the rocket. Engineers and technicians work side by side, with deep collaboration and real-time feedback, to shape how we build better and faster.

With a manifest and a launch date, it’s up to the team to deliver on Terran R: solving challenges in real time, optimizing for scale, and constantly improving processes. About The Role

: This is a contract position for 12 months Provide technical training support for the Vehicle Structures team, demonstrating expertise across all critical structural assembly and quality processes Deliver hands-on demonstrations of advanced manufacturing techniques including precision drilling, trimming, fitting, clamping, mixing, and sealant/lubricant application Transfer knowledge and train team members on proper fastener selection, installation, torque application, and QA buy-off procedures Support the development and documentation of training materials for structural manufacturing processes About You: Expert-level proficiency in all core structural manufacturing skills: precision drilling, trimming, fitting, clamping, and proper mixing/application of aerospace sealants and lubricants Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance processes, including QA buy-off procedures, deburring to specification, aerospace fastener types and installation, and torque application, verification, and documentation Demonstrated skill in operating specialized manufacturing equipment and precision measuring tools (90-degree motors, rivet guns, calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, feeler/hole gauges) Strong collaboration and communication abilities with proven capability to clearly and safely demonstrate techniques and explain complex manufacturing processes aligned to safety protocols and quality
