Human Resources Business Partner/Operations TerraPower is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Business Partner to support our growing and dynamic team. Reporting to the Sr. HR Manager.
The Human Resources Business Partne/Operations focused on operations supports the execution of core HR operational processes and employee lifecycle activities, ensuring HR programs, systems, and documentation are administered efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

HR Business Partnership Partner with managers and leaders to provide day-to-day HR guidance and support across employee lifecycle matters. Coach leaders on HR policies, employee concerns, performance conversations, and team effectiveness. Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational effectiveness efforts.
Assist leaders in navigating employee relations matters in partnership with Senior Employee Relations Specialist as appropriate. Build collaborative relationships across departments and serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers. HR Operations & Program Administration Support upkeep of HRIS systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation across HR systems.
Support HR reporting and dashboards, analyze workforce trends and HR metrics, and assist with operational reporting needs. Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR processes through technology, AI tools, and continuous improvement initiatives. Help drive scalable HR workflows and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
Partner in the administration, execution, and continuous improvement of HR programs and operational processes, including workforce mobility, alternative work arrangements (AWA), onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
