digestible by product and engineering teams. Align agile software development lifecycles with traditional automotive vehicle milestones. Define holistic user experience and orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of high-impact connected features such as smart voice assistant, EREV routing, and remote vehicle surveillance.
Continuously gather and analyze user feedback, behavioral data, and market trends to advocate for an intuitive, frictionless end-user experience. Work closely with Software & UX teams to ensure the vehicle interface and mobile app deliver targeted connectivity experiences. Define business cases for new connected features, track KPIs, and ensure that technical delivery drives measurable ROI and brand loyalty.
Confidently navigate a complex, matrixed organization, driving consensus among leadership, marketing, legal, and engineering teams. Define the connectivity roadmap, balancing "Must-Have" connected vehicle features with "Nice-to-Have" differentiators. Location & Travel Expectations : This role may be based out of the Scout Motors corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC .
This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events.
