Director of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting This is a senior-level finance leader responsible for managing financial reporting functions across multiple business units within a diverse organization. This position provides leadership and technical accounting expertise in the financial reporting function of the Company.

Prepare and present reporting packages to executive leadership and external stakeholders. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in reporting and accounting operations.
Coordinate and manage external audits, including preparing supporting documentation and addressing auditor inquiries. Be the point person for complex accounting matters.
Key Responsibilities
Provide primary support on all technical accounting matters including technical accounting memos and white paper authoring. Provides accounting guidance related to proposed transactions to ensure conformity with GAAP and company policies and procedures. Provide strategic leadership on all technical accounting matters on a global scale.
Serve as a technical accounting resource and guide the organization through complex accounting issues. Provide training and ongoing US GAAP support to the Controller’s organization on all technical accounting matters. Drive all Financial Reporting aspects of the processes, assess, implement, and maintain technical accounting policies.
Collaborate with Operations, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Legal departments to ensure alignment and accurate reporting. Communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Oversee the quarterly and annual financial reporting and disclosures, ensure statements are in compliance with US GAAP and regulations.
S. GAAP, global accounting trends and regulatory changes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of financial integrity.
