models to support salary benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and internal equity reviews across business units and geographies Partner closely with senior
managers to support the firm's year-end
cycle, including coordinating data preparation, validating
inputs, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of bonus and salary review processes Assist in the design and administration of
structures and incentive frameworks, ensuring alignment with market data and the Firm's
philosophy Create and distribute working files and presentations to business partnering teams to review year-end data elements Draft and maintain documentation related to HR Special Operations processes/procedures Establish credibility and strong working relationships with stakeholders across the Firm, including Global and Regional HCM teams, Finance, Legal and other related departments What you’ll bring What you need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (5-7 years of experience working in a professional environment) Experience with an HRIS, preferably Workday Experience with processing a payroll system, preferably ADP Workforce Now Demonstrated ownership of annual
