Implement robust quality assurance measures to deliver high-quality project outcomes that meet or exceed industry standards. Prepare and present status reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders. Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.

Emphasize continuous improvement and learning within the project team by facilitating retrospectives and sharing best practices. Facilitate PI (Program Increment) Planning sessions quarterly to align teams and prioritize backlogs. Location & Travel Expectations : This role will be based out of the Scout Motors corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC .

This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events. Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time. What You’Ll Do

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: Detail-oriented IT Project Manager to plan and drive the execution of our company’s IT Portfolio and roadmap using Agile principles and frameworks to foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and efficient delivery. Provide AI project management expertise, guiding teams through emerging technologies and best practices. Champion an AI mindset across projects—leveraging data-driven insights, automation opportunities, and ethical AI practices to enhance delivery and decision-making.
