As a Talent Acquisition Intern based at Rocket Lab’s Long Beach, California site, you will play a key role in supporting our recruiting efforts across multiple functions.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the full talent acquisition lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring initiatives. You’ll also gain exposure to People & Culture processes that directly connect to recruitment, giving you a deeper understanding of how we attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent at Rocket Lab.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s, master's or doctorate program in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources or related fields and have at least one semester of school remaining post internship. 0 or above. 3+ months of corporate function experience within the areas of recruitment.
