About The Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to help lead our Clinical Operations Platform product. In this role, you will partner closely with our Care Team, building and improving the tools they use to deliver exceptional care to TailorCare patients. This is an opportunity to own meaningful product surfaces that directly impact patient outcomes and scale with our business as we expand into new markets and serve new customers.

You're expected to operate at a high level of efficiency by leveraging AI tools throughout your workflow — from synthesizing research and drafting specs to prototyping, analyzing data, and preparing stakeholder communications — so you can move quickly without sacrificing rigor. You'll work closely with clinicians, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ship products that make our operations more effective and scalable.
