Key Responsibilities

💼 Clinical & Patient Care Prepare and dispense medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders; detect therapeutic incompatibilities Perform Medication Therapy Management (MTM) , including: Reviewing and monitoring medication regimens Advising clinicians on evidence-based therapies Documenting interventions Provide patient counseling and clinical support Make referrals to other healthcare professionals when necessary ⚙️ Operational Excellence Complete pharmacy operational

Qualifications

Compensation

Benefits

💵 Salary Range: $120,000 – $130,000 annually 🎯 Bonus eligibility based on applicable plans
