Compensation

: $32/hr base rate + tips & commission | $55/hr guaranteed rate Schedule/Availability: We are looking to hire 1 PT RN for this clinic with the following shift availability: We are looking to hire multiple PT RNs for this clinic with varying shifts. Options may include: Must be available to work Friday/Saturday/Sunday, with another weekday (Mon-Thur) available. Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website *subject to change).

You will be scheduled 11 hours, working 10 hours after breaks. Must be able to work a minimum of 1 day per week but have the ability to flex to 2 and occasional a 3rd shift as needed. You must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance.

Ability to commute/cover other clinics : Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.

Requirements

: This role requires long periods of Sitting & standing. Individuals are required to lift and move inventory and other clinic assets. Job Summary As part of the clinic team the Aesthetic Registered Nurse is a medical skincare professional who partners with their clinic team to provide clients’ excellence services with advanced medical-grade technologies and skin care product recommendations on their customized skin care journey.

While other companies also specialize in injectables, hair removal and tattoo removal, we specialize in one thing - facials. Helping develop effective routines and customized plans for clients with compassion and high-energy. RN’s should be ready to join a hard-working & high volume medical-grade skin care clinic.

Qualifications

Required education: Associate Preferred experience: Registered Nurse (RN): 1 year Required license or certification: Registered Nurse (RN) Current State Nursing License BLS 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred. Current RN State License. Basic Life Support Certification is required through an accredited association.

Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services. Customer service is our #1 priority, must have exceptional communication skills and be capable of problem-solving. Must have an outgoing personality yet calming presence, making clients comfortable.

Attentive, able to listen and read customers to ensure high Skin Laundry standards are always met. Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal oriented. Must prioritize client safety and customer service and be able to make clinical decisions, knowing when to ask for assistance.
