You'll work closely with homeowners, installers, warehouse staff, and management to deliver efficient, high-quality installations that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Installation Excellence Install residential plumbing systems and equipment Install water heaters, water softeners, filtration systems, fixtures, and piping Perform plumbing remodels and replacements Verify installations meet local plumbing codes Test systems to ensure proper operation Customer Experience Maintain a professional appearance Explain completed work to homeowners Protect customer property throughout installation Leave every job site clean and organized Performance & Accountability Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality Maintain productivity expectations Accurately document completed work in ServiceTitan Care for company tools, vehicles, and equipment Communication & Teamwork Communicate with dispatch and management Coordinate with warehouse and parts departments Assist apprentices and junior installers Support teammates to complete projects successfully Standards & Consistency Follow all company safety standards Maintain a clean company vehicle Participate in ongoing technical training Represent Sierra professionally on every job

What We'Re Looking For

21 years of age or older Valid Nevada driver's license Pre-employment background check and drug screen (including marijuana) Residential plumbing installation experience Experience installing water heaters, fixtures, piping, and plumbing systems Knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices Ability to read blueprints and installation specifications preferred Strong mechanical aptitude Excellent attention to detail Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team-oriented mindset Important Quality workmanship always comes before speed.
