Emergency Veterinarian Eastern Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Center (EPVMC) is recruiting an Emergency Department Veterinarian with rotating shifts for day, mid and/or overnight at our fast-paced specialty hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Eastern Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Center was built on a simple but powerful idea. Pets in the Lehigh Valley deserve access to advanced veterinary care at any hour, any day.

Our hospital supports specialties in Anesthesia, Critical Care, Dentistry, Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, Surgery, as well as our foundational emergency service. EPVMC is a VECCS Level III certified hospital. 5T MRI and fluoroscopy.

Along with a full onsite laboratory, 6 oxygen cages, dedicated GI and respiratory isolation suites, all working alongside an experienced specialty team that supports case collaboration. Allentown sits in the heart of the Lehigh Valley, one of PA’s fastest growing regions. It offers a mix of city convenience, small town comfort, and easy access to bigger destinations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Provide emergency care for a wide range of medical and surgical cases · Triage and stabilize critical patients efficiently and effectively · Collaborate with specialists to ensure continuity of care · Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients during stressful situations · Contribute to a positive, team-focused ER culture

REQUIREMENTS
