ABOUT THE JOB In Radar’s fast-paced “time to market is essential” environment, you'll own hardware quality across the full product lifecycle, spanning both NPI and sustaining programs. In this role you'll partner with external hardware suppliers, contract manufacturers, external third-party integrators, and internal cross-functional teams to quantify and continuously improve hardware build quality and reliability throughout the product lifecycle from concept, design, NPI, volume manufacturing, field returns, to end of life. This is a hands-on position that combines process design, data management, test development, supplier audits, and cross-functional coordination.

Strong knowledge of world-class electronics manufacturing practices is essential, electrical engineering background is preferred.

Responsibilities

: Process control: Use statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis to monitor production lines and prevent defects before they occur. Root cause analysis & CAPA: Investigate product failures using structured methods such as 8D and fishbone analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
