Our Studio Works program offers preparation, training and experience to support our members in obtaining meaningful community integrated employment. Studio Works is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Job Coach to join our team in empowering young adults and adults with developmental disabilities.

In this rewarding role, you will provide hands-on support, mentorship, and guidance to help individuals build meaningful employment skills and thrive in inclusive work environments. As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in helping our members develop essential work-related habits, professional attitudes, and appropriate workplace behavior. You will also be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong, positive relationships with our partners to ensure the long-term success for our members.

Key Responsibilities

: Provide coaching and support at job sites, volunteer opportunities, training sessions, etc.

Qualifications

: Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude Ability to build trusting relationships with both members and community partners Prior experience in job coaching, social services, or a related field is a plus Job Type: Part-time
