About the Job Opportunity The Senior Pricing Analyst supports PartsSource’s Maintenance Contract Services team by analyzing service contracts, building competitive quotes, and delivering data-driven pricing decisions that help customers understand the value of our service and maintenance offerings. This role is focused exclusively on service and maintenance agreement pricing — not parts — and works closely with Sales and Pricing leadership to structure deals that are both competitive and financially sound.

What You'Ll Do
Review and evaluate new maintenance contract submissions, performing detailed financial analysis to support Maintenance Contract Services pricing decisions. Build customized service contract quotes aligned with pricing guidelines, business strategies, and competitive market positioning. Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Sales Management to structure competitive quotations that balance customer value and margin objectives.
Communicate pricing information, coverage terms, and contract clarifications clearly to internal and external stakeholders. Reconcile pass-through service contracts and assist with data entry, quality review, and pricing system accuracy. Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Pricing Group.
Participate in weekly department meetings and represent Pricing in cross-functional discussions. What You'll Bring Your Background: Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance, or Mathematics preferred. Experience in maintenance contract services, technical service agreement pricing, or a related analytical role in a healthcare or laboratory setting.
Strong financial analysis skills with comfort reading, interpreting, and working with contract terms and pricing data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to manage and analyze data efficiently. Clear written and verbal communicator — able to translate pricing logic into terms that resonate with Sales and customer stakeholders.
Organized self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Familiarity with service contract structures, coverage terms, or maintenance agreement pricing in healthcare technology or HTM environments. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, or Finance teams in a B2B or healthcare services context.
