What You'Ll Do
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Core Web Frontend Team and help us become the #1 digital and secure medical companion for patients. We are part of the Platform domain, whose mission is to build and maintain the common building blocks of our system with a "Platform as a Product" mindset. We abstract and simplify the use of these complex, critical components, enabling product teams to focus on their core mission: building products faster for healthcare professionals and patients.
More specifically, you'll join a team of engineers working on advanced frontend development topics and helping spread state-of-the-art workflows and practices. As a Frontend Platform team, we support and empower all other Doctolib T&P teams to create and maintain optimized libraries and modular and performant applications. We achieve our mission by providing core libraries that underpin our entire frontend architecture, by writing supporting tooling, improving Frontend Developer Experience and helping tame and reduce code technical debt organization-wide.
Responsibilities
will include, but are not limited to: Design, develop, and maintain the application frameworks , tooling, and infrastructure that power Doctolib’s web and mobile frontends, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability across our ecosystem. Own the “back of the front end”: the layer that connects UI components with underlying data, APIs, and application infrastructure. You’ll ensure seamless integration between design system components, client-side logic, and platform services.

Developing and maintaining tools and services that facilitate the implementation of best practices. These resources will assist developers in building and deploying applications more efficiently.
Leveraging AI-assisted development , (prompting, context engineering, automation) to help developers build, test, and deploy faster and smarter. Contribute to the technical vision and roadmap , identifying opportunities to improve scalability, CI/CD efficiency, and frontend modularization.
