Key Responsibilities

Lead Commercial Refrigeration Installations Supervise installation of supermarket/commercial refrigeration systems including rack systems, display cases, walk-ins, piping, EMS, and electrical components Perform hands-on installation work as needed alongside field crews Manage and Lead Field Crews Direct daily activities of installers and subcontractors Delegate work assignments and monitor productivity Mentor, train, and develop junior installers Coordinate Jobsite Operations Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project managers, general contractors, and other trades Coordinate scheduling and sequencing of work to maintain project timelines Ensure Quality, Safety, and Compliance Enforce OSHA, company safety standards, and jobsite cleanliness Ensure all work meets quality standards, project specifications, and applicable codes Track Project Progress Maintain labor, material, and equipment records Monitor project progress to support schedule and budget adherence

Required Qualifications

5+ years of commercial refrigeration installation experience 2+ years in a Foreman, Lead Installer, Superintendent, or Crew Lead role Strong experience installing: Supermarket rack refrigeration systems Refrigerated display cases Walk-in coolers/freezers Refrigeration piping and brazing EMS / refrigeration controls Ability to read and interpret: Blueprints Refrigeration schematics Electrical diagrams Mechanical drawings Proven track record leading installation crews and delivering projects on schedule Valid driver’s license Ability and willingness to travel weekly throughout the Southeast

Preferred Qualifications

EPA 608 Universal Certification OSHA 30 Certification Experience with supermarket remodels and retrofits Experience coordinating multi-trade construction projects
