What You'Ll Do

: This position performs highly skilled housekeeping, maintenance and handyman tasks to care for and maintain the facility and grounds. The Environmental Services & Facilities Technician uses their knowledge of housekeeping processes, power and manual cleaning tools needed to perform tasks in categories such as general janitorial, cleaning, bio-hazard cleanups and minor facilities repairs to ensure the buildings are in pristine condition. Facility Maintenance & Operations Perform routine, rotational maintenance to ensure equipment and facility operations run smoothly Troubleshoot any cleaning equipment issues including electrical, mechanical, and process issues independently; identifying and resolving root causes Provide occasional assistance in facility maintenance tasks as needed Work Order & Vendor Coordination Respond to repair and maintenance tickets submitted by internal departments in a timely manner Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for outsourced repairs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution Oversee floor care vendor performance Inventory & Supply Management Order housekeeping and EVS supplies, monitor inventory levels, and report on supply status Receive, organize, and distribute supplies throughout the facility Compliance & Environment of Care Report Environment of Care concerns through the ticketing system to support Safety Committee documentation and compliance Ensure adherence to facility standards related to safety, maintenance, and operational readiness Facility Cleanliness & Upkeep Maintain overall facility cleanliness, including floor care, general cleaning, restroom upkeep, and window cleaning Restock supplies and perform additional cleaning duties as needed to support a safe and functional environment What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or Equivalent 2 years experience in housekeeping/janitorial cleaning Working knowledge of: Cleaning best practices and floor care The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy.
