Lead Shopper FC9 - Both Shifts

We’re looking for Lead Shoppers in our semi-automated Fulfilment Centre, FC9! 🥜 In a nutshell As a Lead Shopper, you are the fore(wo)man of your team of Shoppers. You are responsible to guide, motivate and train the team you are working with.

We expect you to lead by example by performing shopper activities, just like any other team member! Since we work with fixed schedules and teams, you will work with the same people most of the time. In the process you are the first person of contact for our shift leads regarding your area and you are responsible to keep the process running smoothly and the area clean.

Are you up for a new challenge in an automated FC, this is your chance! We have different lead shopper roles in FC9, one example of them is lead shopper zonepick. In this role you are responsible for 2 loops of our picking circuit, which includes 12 picking stations.

During the shift you are picking on 1 or more stations yourself and in the meantime you make sure the rest of the team is also active. If there are new colleagues in your loops you’ll make sure they get the training and coaching. During and at the end of your shift you ensure the loops are clean and safe.

The goal is to have the entire team start and end the shift with a smile! In order to become a true specialist, you will be working in one process (inbound, picking or dispatching) area for a longer period. You will work together with the inbound/outbound shift lead to help ensure our processes run smoothly.
