We’re looking for Junior Captains to join our team in our automated Fulfilment Centre, FCA! As a junior inbound Captain, you will actively contribute to the process by performing Shopper tasks, and at the same time have the opportunity to play an important role in our operation. You are helping to ensure seamless operations by leading by example offering guidance, and providing motivation daily to cultivate a positive work atmosphere in FCA.

Responsibilities

including training new team members, addressing questions, ensuring that the area is safe and clean, as well as leading a short stand-up for a small group. In order to become a true specialist, you will be working in one process area for a longer period. You will work together with the inbound shift lead to help ensure our processes run smoothly.
