In this role, you’ll manage and optimize search programs for some of the world’s leading B2B SaaS companies. Here you'll have the opportunity to test new strategies, experiment within platforms, and continuously improve campaign performance. We’re looking for someone who enjoys digging into campaign data, challenging assumptions, and pushing platforms to perform better.
This role is ideal for a specialist who views paid search as a craft and is motivated to deliver measurable results for clients. Our team is primarily based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, but we encourage candidates from across Canada to apply. The successful candidate can expect to earn between $65,500-$80,000 CAD/year, depending upon relevant skills and experience, as part of a complete, competitive package.
With expertise across platforms like Google Search, Display, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads, you'll drive measurable paid search advertising initiatives. The Technical Stuff You’re Really Good At Campaign strategy & planning. You develop paid search strategies based on client goals and needs, audience research, and competitive analysis.
Ad & budget management. You adjust tactics and budgets to optimize clients’ campaigns to reach and deliver against goals. Testing & optimization .
To refine results, you test different ad copies, bids, and targeting options (like location, demographics, and timing). Performance analysis . , Google Analytics, Google Ads, Looker), you track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and identify trends.
You create reports to help clients understand ROI and campaign effectiveness. What You Prioritize When Working In Teams Client service. As one of the go-to contacts for your clients, you build trust and rapport by meeting deadlines, proactively problem-solving, and conveying information clearly.
Communication & collaboration. You focus on building strong and trusting relationships with your internal teams and client partners. Knowledge sharing.
