The Associate Director, Field Reimbursement Excellence & Flexible Support, Endocrinology plays a critical role in making that happen. This newly created, unique opportunity combines training excellence with hands-on field execution, ensuring continuity of patient access support while developing the capabilities of the Field Reimbursement Team. This role is responsible for developing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that enhance the effectiveness of field-based and home-office teams, and serves as the organization's subject matter expert on market access, field reimbursement activities, patient support services, hub and SP operations, and reimbursement for Korlym, Mifepristone AG, and relacorilant (pending FDA approval).
The Associate Director will design and facilitate onboarding programs, advanced learning curricula, certification programs, workshops, and field coaching initiatives focused on reimbursement, payer strategy, specialty pharmacy, patient support services, government programs, and healthcare system dynamics. This position partners closely with Market Access Leadership, Patient Services, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Medical Affairs, Sales Training, and Commercial Operations to ensure training content remains accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

, this role will function as a Flex/Floating Field Reimbursement Manager, providing interim territory coverage, field coaching, launch support, and direct reimbursement assistance to healthcare providers and patients when business needs require.
: Training Strategy & Curriculum Development Develop and execute comprehensive market access training strategies aligned with organizational goals Create market access onboarding programs for FRMs, account management teams, patient advocates, and field sales representatives Design advanced learning paths focused on: Commercial and government reimbursement Prior authorization processes Appeals and denials management Specialty pharmacy and specialty distribution models Patient support services and HUB operations Medicare Part D Managed care and payer strategy Provider office workflows Healthcare policy and reimbursement trends Conversion and persistency initiatives Technology and data platforms Establish certification programs and ongoing learning assessments Facilitation & Delivery Conduct live, virtual, and in-person training workshops Facilitate new hire onboarding and national training initiatives Lead role-play sessions, case-based learning exercises, and access simulations Deliver advanced workshops for experienced market access professionals Support launch readiness training for new products and indications Content Development & Knowledge Management Create and maintain training materials, e-learning modules, job aids, playbooks, and resource guides Develop reimbursement and access case studies based on real-world scenarios Maintain a centralized market access knowledge repository Ensure all materials remain compliant with company policies and regulatory re
