: Deliver product strategy to transform six related products into one interoperable AI-powered Ethics offering over the next 12 months Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product direction and priorities Set and manage the roadmap, using market intelligence to quantify, scope and sequence the offering, iterating based on market feedback Partner closely with engineering and UX/product design to ship high-quality products on time Lead and develop a team of experienced product managers Drive product discovery, define

, and manage backlogs across multiple teams Track performance (usage, adoption, outcomes) and continuously improve the product portfolio These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview: You have built, shipped, and iterated B2B Enterprise SaaS products as well as AI assistants and Agents You are commercially minded and evaluate product success in terms of revenue as well as its utility You have owned a product portfolio Worked in a combination of Start-up, Scale-up and 'Corporate’ companies Experience working closely with engineering and product design in agile development environments Clear communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Thrive in a fast-paced, outcome focused environment It would be great if you had these / done this too, but we’ll support you if you don’t: Domain knowledge in either risk, compliance, due diligence, or adjacent regulated industries Familiarity with global regulatory environments or third-party risk ecosystems Experience with platform integrations, APIs, or ecosystem-based products Experience building and taking net new products to market, or evolving an immature product Experience integrating individual products together, knowing how to balance existing customer needs with new customer acquisition About Us Diligent is the AI leader in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) SaaS solutions, helping more than 1 million users and 700,000 board members to clarify risk and elevate governance.
