About the right team member The Client Engagement Specialist is a SaaS sales expert with proven experience partnering with small businesses. This role is all about being a great communicator, project manager, and collaborator all while operating with a high-level sales acumen in an effort to save highly complex deals that are at risk of cancellation. This individual will work cross functionally with stakeholders across Sales, Onboarding, and CX to find the best solutions to retain these customers at Mindbody.

packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The base salary range for this position in the United States is $51,000 to $60,000.
