As the Program Management Lead for Emerging Markets, you will own a portfolio of market launches and ongoing retail operations, bringing strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and operational rigor to help us scale into new geographies.

What You'Ll Do

S. channel opportunities. Own specific Retail Americas programs running the full program lifecycle end-to-end: roadmap, resourcing, risk, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

We would love to have you on our team if you have: 10-12 years of proven experience in international program management, including successful oversight of complex projects across multiple countries and cultures. Deep retail expertise - account management, channel marketing, retail execution, and/or retail digital marketing Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving project goals and objectives. Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Solid understanding of global business dynamics, geopolitical trends, and cultural nuances, with experience working in international settings. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools, preferably experience working in JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Docs Willingness to travel as required to oversee program operations, build relationships, and represent the organization.
