This is an on-site, phone-based role focused on following up with warm leads in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Requirements

Partner with clinic and recruitment teams to meet enrollment goals What You'll Bring Required : 1+ year of professional experience in a customer-facing sales role Required : Work rotating Saturday shifts Compassionate, people-focused phone communication skills Resilience, self-motivation, accountability, and strong follow-through Ability to stay organized and meet goals in a fast-paced, changing environment Commitment to excellent patient care, quality, and compliance Strongly preferred : Bachelor’s degree Strongly preferred : Phone-based experience in a call center, collections, banking, or high-volume customer service environment Strongly preferred : Experience upselling, earning commission, or meeting quotas Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Compensation
