Responsibilities

: you focus entirely on building long-term relationships with a diverse adult patient panel, supported by experienced staff and strong specialist referral relationships, without the rounding burden that follows most IM physicians through their careers.

COMPENSATION

Year one guarantee: $270,000 (12-month base with practice ramp) Established physician range: $270,000 - $380,000 Schedule: 4-day workweek, 36 patient hours per week Call: Shared only, no hospital call

While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch.

The employee must regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Work environment is a combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings. This position performs tasks that may involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
