Gynecology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) High Lakes Gynecology | Praxis Health | Bend, Oregon High Lakes Gynecology, part of Praxis Health, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established gynecology practice in Bend, Oregon. This role is 100% gynecology, with no obstetrics, providing office-based evaluation and procedural care alongside our surgical gynecologists.

What We'Re Looking For

We're looking for an APP with solid gynecology experience — a Women's Health NP certification is a plus, but not required if you have equivalent hands-on gyn experience as an NP or PA. , polypectomy, skin tag excision, treatment of condyloma) Prior experience with colposcopy and office-based procedures is important. Comfort with IUD/Nexplanon placement and biopsy procedures is expected from day one.

Active NP or PA license in Oregon (or ability to obtain) Certification as a Women's Health NP, FNP, or PA with demonstrated gynecology experience Current DEA registration or ability to obtain Current CPR/AED certification Colposcopy training/certification preferred
