About The Role

As a Principal Camera Engineer at Otto Aerospace, you will lead the development of advanced camera and sensor systems for the Phantom 3500 Super Natural Vision Infotainment System (SNVIS).

The SuperNatural Vision (SNV) team at Otto Aerospace is dedicated to developing cutting-edge cabin interior systems that enhance the in-flight experience for passengers. Our team is responsible for the design, development, and integration of the Phantom 3500 Super Natural Vision Infotainment System (SNVIS), including all hardware, software, and AI/ML engineering.

Where You'll Be Otto Aerospace is currently a remote workplace culture, with plans to secure a permanent headquarters for our corporate office in the next 2-3 years. This role is a remote position and will report to VP, Software.

Education Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Applied Physics or a related field. Experience 10+ years in camera and sensor engineering roles for shipped/released products in the aviation, consumer electronics, or related industries. Experience shipping high-quality, consumer-facing imaging and sensing technology products.
