Job Summary: The Billing Specialist is responsible for the daily execution of the company’s invoicing process. This role ensures that all project billings are accurate, submitted on time, and compliant with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Reporting to the Billing Manager, the Specialist plays a key role in maintaining cash flow and the integrity of project billing data within NetSuite.

: Invoicing Participate in regular project progress meetings with Operations team and note assigned projects that are ready for progress billings. Complete all project invoices accurately, ensuring they align with contract terms (AIA, T&M, Fixed Fee, or NTE). Work with Billing Manager, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Operations team to resolve billing inquiries / disputes from customers.

Prepare and process credit memos and billing corrections as needed to resolve discrepancies. Strictly follow all established Billing SOPs to ensure consistency across all project types and departments.
