About The Role
: The Stock Plan Manager will help lead the operations of Oscar Health's equity plan administration and leading the end-to-end program ownership of all equity related events.. You will play an important part in ensuring the seamless administration of equity programs—including stock options, RSUs, and PSUs—while upholding accuracy, integrity, and liaising cross-functionally across Total Rewards, People, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Payroll.

Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.

Pay Transparency
: The base pay for this role is: $$123,372-$161,926 per year.
