About The Role
: This Executive Assistant supports a member of our Operating Committee, managing their time and priorities to best support and ensure success. You will report into the SVP of Market Management. Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week.
Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.
Pay Transparency

Responsibilities
: Manage leaders' calendars by developing a thorough understanding of cross-departmental objectives and prioritizations. Support travel and expense management for department leaders Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate meetings and events.
