JOB SUMMARY: The Clinical Patient Services Representative will be assigned to one of Aylo Health’s Clinical offices and is responsible for managing the encounters, and clinical relationship between provider and patient while driving best in class patient experience. These consists of but not limited to ensuring The Clinical Patient Services Representative serves as a key member of the Care Team for a designated office and assists with post-visit communications and workflows to facilitate quality healthcare and a best-in-class patient experience. This includes ensuring patient diagnostic imaging, labs, prescriptions, and other activities are processed timely and accurately, and according to the providers’ direction.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED: High School graduate or equivalent education Proven history of driving a positive patient experience Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program with a current Medical Assistant Certification/Registration 2+ years’ work experience in a clinical private practice setting with EMR experience Must be able to work quickly and efficiently to initiate high volume of outgoing calls Demonstrated ability to organize, coordinate, prioritize, and facilitate many on-going tasks Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently or with a team Must be able to report to work as scheduled without delay Professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
