What You’Ll Do
: HR Operations Leadership: Lead all aspects of HR operations across multiple offices, including payroll administration,

management, leave administration, workers'
communications, payroll workflows, ATS integrations, and employee lifecycle automation. Partner with recruiting and IT to improve operational workflows, reporting capabilities, and technology adoption across the organization. Learning & Development: Modernize onboarding, refresh training materials, strengthen employee development initiatives, and help build scalable learning programs that support long-term employee growth.
Performance & Employee Relations: Partner with managers on performance management, disciplinary matters, investigations, corrective action plans, employee separations, and exit interviews while ensuring fair and consistent HR practices. Cultural and People Leadership: Drive engagement and cultivate a positive company culture by acting as a cheerleader for employee morale and engagement. Executive Influence: Participate in strategic decision-making as part of the management team, using data to guide HR policy and practice.
Compensation
