The Administrative Assistant at DuBose Law Firm plays a crucial role in supporting our mission to provide exemplary legal service. By managing client interactions and firm operations, this role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency of daily procedures and contributing to the positive experience of our clients, especially those facing challenging health conditions. This position offers the opportunity to engage directly with the foundations of legal operations and client care, making a significant impact both within the firm and in our clients' lives.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required: This role requires regular communication with English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish to provide an exceptional client experience. Detail-Oriented: High degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
What You’Ll Do
: Intake Management: Conduct initial client intake calls, handle ~5–10 new case calls daily, and manage follow-up communications via lead management systems. Data Entry: Input settlement details and maintain accurate records in the firm's case management software. Office Coordination: Manage mail operations, ensure the kitchen and common areas are stocked and presentable, and coordinate office tasks.
Client Communication: Prepare and mail care packages and birthday cards to clients, maintaining a warm relationship through thoughtful gestures. Project Support: Assist in operational projects including AI tools implementation, data migration to cloud systems, and telephone system setup assistance. Social Media Assistance: Capture event photos, create graphics using Canva, and draft social media posts for firm events.
What We’Re Looking For
: Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a client-facing role is essential to excel in client communications.
