During training, you will be on a temporary schedule until your on-the-job training is completed over a few weeks. Once training is complete, you will move to a permanent shift assignment in Phoenix (AM or PM, with weekend coverage) based on business need; permanent shift reassignments are provided with at least two weeks' notice. When dispatched to another location, your schedule will align with that site's operational needs and the timeline of the deployment, and you will return to your Phoenix shift once the assignment ends.
