SUMMARY: This role is part of the Consumer Services department and writes useful and helpful copy that ensures usability standards and shapes consistent customer and agent experiences across multiple omnichannel platforms including Nintendo Support and My Support Dashboard . Supports the management, creation, and documentation of UX content, and ensures a consistent brand voice across all channels and languages.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES Uses writing and content design skills to craft clear, concise UI text for the customer and agent experience across multiple channels. Helps create and manage UX content documentation. Explores innovative solutions to address issues through content, images, and multimedia assets, using product knowledge,common sense, and data.
Ensures brand standards for voice and tone are maintained across all UX content. Drives adherence to UX writing and accessibility best practices. Maintains a UX writing foundation by helping to create style guides, writing processes, collaborative guidelines, and content lifecycle management procedures.
Contributes to the adoption of UX writing tools, technologies, and frameworks, including content research and metrics. Works closely and collaboratively with business stakeholders to ensure a balance between compliance and user experience. Owns complex or ambiguous content areas with minimal direction.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in UX writing, editorial, marketing, copywriting, or related. Experience in UX-focused navigation and communication writing and shaping content for multi-channel Bonus points for experience with content migration, site inventory, audits, analysis, and SEO Working knowledge of the design process and general UX design principles. Experience using and managing CMS/CCMS tools.
Bonus points for having experience migrating to CMS/CCMS. Ability to present to all levels within an organization, both verbally and in writing. , WCAG) and experience applying accessibility best practices to ensure content is clear, usable, and inclusive across digital experiences.
Experience working with localization workflows and global content considerations is a plus. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
