We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Business Analyst (AML / IFM) to join our NICE Actimize Professional Services team in Pune.

Requirements

You will play a critical role in implementing leading financial crime and compliance solutions, helping global organizations detect and prevent money laundering and fraud using advanced analytics and AI-driven platforms. If you are passionate about understanding data, defining business logic, and delivering impactful fintech solutions, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-scale, mission-critical systems. Defining non-functional

and supporting product implementation in client environments. Facilitating communication across teams and ensuring alignment between product, engineering, and customer needs. Creating and prioritizing user stories with Product Management and Engineering teams.

Defining clear acceptance criteria based on product usage and business scenarios. Conducting internal product demos and supporting stakeholder demo activities. Defining functional test considerations for user stories and ensuring quality delivery.

Supporting Customer Support, Product, and Presales teams in resolving product-related queries. Providing product improvement recommendations aligned with strategic goals. Have you got what it takes?
