This role is ideal for a mission-driven clinician who values a patient-centered, root-cause approach to care and is comfortable stepping into an established practice to provide high-quality coverage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
AND DUTIES: Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant ( or eligibility to obtain ) Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (functional/integrative medicine experience is a plus) Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Proficient in using electronic health records (NextGen experience is a plus)
