The Challenge With the continued expansion and maturity of OneTrust’s products, UX team, and AI-ready governance platform, we’re looking to hire a Senior UX Researcher who will help deepen our understanding of customer needs and shape better product experiences across complex enterprise workflows. This role is a senior individual contributor position focused on planning, leading, and delivering high-impact research that informs product strategy, design direction, and prioritization. You will partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure decisions are grounded in evidence, user needs, and business context.

You will also help elevate research quality and maturity by mentoring others, improving practice standards, and enabling teams to move from insight to action.
