Who You Are
Metropolis is seeking a Staff TPM – Vision System Integration to lead the expansion of our computer vision platform for parking and beyond. In this senior role within the Advanced Technologies team, you will support all aspects of development and integration of our vision platform, working across hardware, machine learning, platform, and product teams, as well as with external partners, to design and deploy unique vision system solutions. You will navigate ambiguity to drive high-level strategic initiatives, manage technical tradeoffs, anticipate bottlenecks, and break down complex projects into executable phases.
Your leadership will ensure business and customer needs are balanced with technical constraints, empowering teams and delivering high-impact solutions that scale our technology across multiple domains.

What We'Re Looking For
BS or MS degree in a relevant engineering discipline 8+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams 6+ years of technical program management experience Experience leading and managing cross-functional hardware and software programs Experience with development and deployment of machine learning systems Experience with cloud software services, including design for scalability, performance, and reliability Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and the SDLC Experience with common program management and productivity tools including MS Project, Visio, Confluence, and Jira Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences While not required, these are a plus: Experience leading and managing hardware development programs or projects focusing on camera, sensor, or imaging systems Experience working inside innovative, high-growth environments 4 Days in Office: Metropolis values in-person collaboration to drive innovation, strengthen culture, and enhance the Member experience.
