Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Immigration Specialist to join our team on a 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract . The Specialist is responsible for overseeing U. K .
immigration cases and coordinating global immigration processes across multiple locations . This role provides both strategic direction and hands-on management of immigration cases in the United Kingdom and globally , while ensuring effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners worldwide. The Specialist ensures timely , accurate , and compliant handling of immigration processes by leveraging in-house expertise and coordinating with regional providers.
The position emphasizes governance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation, while delivering a high -quality service experience to employees and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
Coordinate immigration processes across multiple global locations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with local regulations and company standards Act as the primary point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders (HR department, Legal etc.), ensuring consistent communication, guidance, and issue resolution throughout each case Monitor immigration deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents Maintain accurate records of all immigration cases in the internal tracking systems – Jira and HiBob Build and maintain strong working relationships with external immigration providers worldwide to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery Oversee the processing of invoices from external immigration providers, ensuring accuracy, proper allocation, and timely payment in line with internal finance procedures Must-have
: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent Experience in managing immigration processes within the UK Experience with immigration processes in other locations is preferred Maintain and develop relationships with external providers: immigration attorneys, providers, vendors.
