Overview: We are a reputable company actively seeking a reliable, mechanically inclined, General Maintenance Technician . Responsibilities

Basic painting, touch-ups, and surface repairs. Minor carpentry and handy-man work Assist with small renovations & improvement projects. Traveling with the crew once or twice a week to nearby locations.

Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and structural components. Perform routine preventative maintenance including filter changes, lubrication, adjustments, and supply restocking. Coordinate with outside vendors for major repairs when required.

Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

: Professional and enthusiastic attitude. Eagerness to learn and grow within the company. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.

Comfortable with light travel. Ability to work outdoors. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, climbing, bending, and extended standing.
