Requirements

are within specifications Oversee the quality standards within respective area(s); ensure quality standards are being followed and address deviations as necessary Perform audits for quality and safety; share results with others and identify opportunities for improvement Responsible for ensuring work instructions, processes and procedures are being followed; providing appropriate coaching and feedback as necessary Develop, supervisor and provide coaching to direct reports, including coaching on company values and guiding principles for the facility Understand and manage the production budget for assigned area(s); collaborate with other Production Supervisors on the overall production budget Must possess an understanding of Key Performance Indicators including yield performance, scrap/waste and other key standards May be required to work alternative work schedules, including weekends, to ensure supervisory coverage of production areas
