Job Summary The
Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee
programs, ensuring accurate enrollment, compliance with applicable regulations, and a positive employee experience. This role serves as a key resource for employees regarding health, retirement, leave, and wellness
while partnering with Human Resources, payroll, and external vendors. Essential Job
programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and wellness plans. Process new hire enrollments, qualifying life event changes, and benefit terminations. Maintain accurate employee
records within HRIS and
administration systems. Respond to employee inquiries regarding eligibility, coverage, claims, and enrollment processes. Assist with annual open enrollment activities, including employee communications and system updates.
Reconcile monthly benefit invoices and work with payroll to ensure accurate deductions. Collaborate with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators to resolve issues and maintain service levels. Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee
Assist with leave administration, including FMLA, FAMLI, ADA accommodations, and other leave programs as applicable. Prepare reports, audits, and documentation related to
administration. Support the development and communication of
policies, procedures, and educational materials. Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Minimum Qualifications
Required: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong organizational skills and document control discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Must be Bilingual Preferred: 2+ years of HR administrative experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or project-based industries. Working knowledge of labor compliance, payroll practices, and employment law. Experience with HRIS systems and Benfits platforms.
